The Chinese food there is solid, standard stuff you would expect from a small town place like this. Pretty good, but not amazing. But the unexpected quality of the western food surprised me. My favorite is the hot hamburger dinner. Home made patty with sauteed onions and really good gravy was prefect for me! The sandwiches are also good! Farmers sausage and cabbage rolls on special should definitely be tried because they aren't on the menu normally. The summa borscht was also very good. Top marks to the owners, because usually western food takes second place at Chinese restaurants but here they are keeping the locals happy with both. Lastly, the amount of food you get floor the money is excellent!

The best Chinese food. The portions were huge, the food was fresh and full of flavour! I would high recommend Golden Chef in Hepburn. It is worth the short drive.

Just seriously good chinese food. Good.pricea great portions, new owners know what theyre doing. Shrimp fried rice and ginger beef are perfect. As good as the best chinese food i grew up with in Vancouver

Great food, great prices. The staff are excellent. Lots of options from Chinese food to Canadian cuisine. The buffet spread is decent as well, considering it's a restaurant in a tiny town. The egg rolls deserve 10 stars themselves! The best I've ever had, and a must get any time we visit town. Worth every penny!
